Returns Policy
Of the products purchased from Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc., no returns are accepted on:
- Any digital assessment product or test.
- Any digital assessment product housed on one of web-based assessment platforms.
- Any laminated reference guide.
- Any printed books or workbooks.
- Any test records or examinee response booklets that are used with various assessment products (tests).
- Any live, virtual, or recorded webinar trainings.
- Any assessment, scoring, reporting, or other software that has been downloaded from the Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc., website.
Returns are accepted on printed test kits under the following conditions:
- Returns must be approved in advance by sending a request to CustomerService@SchoolhouseEducationalServices.com
- The product must be returned within 45 days.
- The product must be in unused, like-new condition.
- The Customer must pay the cost of the return shipment.
