To protect the security of psychological test materials, Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. cannot allow purchases and test use by anonymous users. In order to access pages that allow you to purchase and use psychological testing materials, you will be required to complete a Customer Qualification Form that documents your educational background and professional credentials. Personal information collected on the Customer Qualification Form also includes name, place of employment, mailing address, phone numbers, and email address. Additional information that is collected when you purchase a product online includes payment information, such as credit card number, billing address, expiration date and other billing information.
How Personal Information Will Be Used
Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. respects your privacy. The information you provide will never be rented or sold. Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. will use the contact information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, maintaining a record of your professional credentials, and informing you of new products, services, and offers. Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. will always permit you to decline or “opt out of” certain mailings and other materials we may offer. The CPPS Online Assessment Center has been programmed by and is hosted by MedicalMine, Inc., operating under the brand name of ChARMTracker. MedicalMine is also committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. MedicalMine’s servers and infrastructure are hosted at Tier-1 data centers equipped with the latest technology to securely house sensitive data. MedicalMine has put in place elaborate security processes to ensure utmost security and privacy of medical and psychological testing information. MedicalMine follows very strict and standardized practices in areas of Access Controls, Network Security, Physical Security, Information Security, Application Security, Operations Security and Business Continuity. In addition, all communications between a users’ browser and MedicalMine applications are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Protection of CPPS Student Records
Users of the CPPS Online Assessment Center will be required to enter personal information on students who are being evaluated with the CPPS (see Terms of Use for more specific conditions). Student personal information will be used by the CPPS online program to generate a report of student CPPS results. Only the account holder (an individual, such as a psychologist, who has met professional credentials requirements) will be able to access and control the students’ personal information, the teachers’ CPPS ratings of students, and the students’ CPPS scores and other information found in the CPPS reports. Qualified users may elect to delete all student personal information and test records at any time or allow such information and records to remain in online storage. Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. (including any of its employees or third parties acting on its behalf) has no access to or control of any CPPS student information, ratings, or generated reports stored on the CPPS Online Assessment Center website. Also, Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. cannot manage, update, or delete any information controlled and stored by the user. Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the student information transmitted or stored on this website. The website’s servers use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to secure these records and any transmission of information between the user’s browser and this website (see Security section above for more security measures)
Disclosure Required by Law
