To protect the security of psychological test materials, Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. cannot allow purchases and test use by anonymous users. In order to access pages that allow you to purchase and use psychological testing materials, you will be required to complete a Customer Qualification Form that documents your educational background and professional credentials. Personal information collected on the Customer Qualification Form also includes name, place of employment, education level, mailing address, phone numbers, and email address. Also, purchases will require that you register as a user. In order to register, you will be required to set up a user account and complete a registration form, during which time we will ask for your email address, password, first name, last name, address, and other contact information. If you choose not to provide us with this information or set up a user account, you will not be able to complete online purchases. Additional information that is collected when you purchase a product online includes payment information, such as credit card number, billing address, expiration date, and other billing information.

How Personal Information Is Used
Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. respects your privacy. The information you provide will never be rented or sold. Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. will use the contact information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, maintaining a record of your professional credentials, and informing you of new products, services, and offers. Assessment Software Downloads

On its website, Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. sells several student (child and adolescent) assessment software programs, such as the Psychological Processing Analyzer (PPA). All these downloadable programs are software that function only on the user’s computer. They are not “apps”. After you download a software program, the software does not have the ability to communicate with our website; nor does our website have the ability to communicate with the software or the user’s computer. When there are updates to the software we manually send the user a notice, and the user will need to return to our website and manually download the update. Our website has no access to any student data that is analyzed and stored by any of these downloadable programs. The data are stored on the user’s computer only and only accessible by the user. Also, users may elect not to store any student data in these downloadable programs which function only on the user’s computer.

 Other Web-based Assessment Products

On its website, Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. also sells several student (child and adolescent) digital assessment programs that are “apps” capable of processing and storing student data, such as the McCloskey Executive Functions Scale (MEFS). However, these app-type products are not hosted and do not function on the Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. website. Rather, they operate on two other secure websites and platforms not owned by Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. For complete privacy policy details, buyers of any of these types of products will need to view the Privacy Policies found on these websites (“assessment centers”) once they are enrolled as users. Professional users of these Online Assessment Centers will be required to enter personal information on students who are being evaluated with the digital products. Student personal information will be used by these online programs to generate reports on student assessment results. Only the account holder (an individual, such as a psychologist who has met professional credentials requirements) will be able to access and control the students’ personal information, assessment data, and other information found in the assessment results reports. Qualified users may elect to delete all student personal information and test records at any time or allow such information and records to remain in online storage. Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. (including any of its employees or third parties acting on its behalf) has no access to or control of any student information, data, or generated reports stored on these Online Assessment Centers. Also, Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. cannot manage, update, or delete any information controlled and stored by the user, unless the user grants permission in writing and provides the login information. Schoolhouse Educational Services, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the student information transmitted or stored on this website. The website’s servers use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to secure these records and any transmission of information between the user’s browser and these assessment center websites.

Disclosure Required by Law
