This Privacy Policy is an online policy that applies only to information collected through this website (www.psychprocesses.com) and other Schoolhouse Educational Services websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you provide offline. By using this website, you are agreeing to accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
Schoolhouse Educational Services, LLC may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When it is updated, an “updated” date will appear at the top of the Privacy Policy. You will not receive email notification of minor changes to the Privacy Policy. However, if signficant changes are made to the Privacy Policy, a prominent notice will be posted on the home page of the website or you will be sent an email notification. You will be notified by email whenever any changes are made to how your personal information will be used. In such emails, you will be provided with the ability to opt out of the new uses. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay fully informed about how your personal information is being protected. What Personal Information is Collected
As referenced throughout this Privacy Policy, the term “Personal Information” means any piece of information that potentially can be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate an individual. To protect the security of psychological test materials, Schoolhouse Educational Services cannot allow purchases and test use by anonymous users. In order to access pages that allow you to purchase and use psychological testing materials, you will be required to complete a Customer Qualification Form that documents your educational background and professional credentials. Personal information collected on the Customer Qualification Form also includes name, place of employment, mailing address, phone numbers, and email address. Additional information that is collected when you purchase a product online includes payment information, such as credit card number, billing address, expiration date and other billing information.

How Personal Information Will Be Used
Schoolhouse Educational Services, LLC respects your privacy. The information you provide will never be rented or sold. Schoolhouse Educational Services will use the contact information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, maintaining a record of your professional credentials, and informing you of new products, services, and offers. Schoolhouse Educational Services will always permit you to decline or “opt out of” certain mailings and other materials we may offer. You may opt out of further electronic communications at any time by following the instructions in the email that you receive. In addition, if you request, Schoolhouse Educational Services will remove your name and other personal information from its active databases. As an alternative to electronic communication, you may write or call Schoolhouse Educational Services with your request (see Contact Information at the end of this policy statement). You may also request to review any personal information that is being maintained by sending a written request.

In case of purchases or services requiring online payment, your credit card or other payment account information will be used solely for processing payments. Financial information collected by Schoolhouse Educational Services will not be sold or rented to any other entity.

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, Schoolhouse Educational Services will not sell, rent, or loan your personal information to any third-party. Third Party Access

The CPPS Online Assessment Center has been programmed by and is hosted by MedicalMine, Inc., operating under the brand name of ChARMTracker. MedicalMine is also committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. MedicalMine’s servers and infrastructure are hosted at Tier-1 data centers equipped with the latest technology to securely house sensitive data. MedicalMine has put in place elaborate security processes to ensure utmost security and privacy of medical and psychological testing information. MedicalMine follows very strict and standardized practices in areas of Access Controls, Network Security, Physical Security, Information Security, Application Security, Operations Security and Business Continuity. In addition, all communications between a users’ browser and MedicalMine applications are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Protection of CPPS Student Records
Users of the CPPS Online Assessment Center will be required to enter personal information on students who are being evaluated with the CPPS (see Terms of Use for more specific conditions). Student personal information will be used by the CPPS online program to generate a report of student CPPS results. Only the account holder (an individual, such as a psychologist, who has met professional credentials requirements) will be able to access and control the students’ personal information, the teachers’ CPPS ratings of students, and the students’ CPPS scores and other information found in the CPPS reports. Qualified users may elect to delete all student personal information and test records at any time or allow such information and records to remain in online storage. Schoolhouse Educational Services, LLC (including any of its employees or third parties acting on its behalf) has no access to or control of any CPPS student information, ratings, or generated reports stored on the CPPS Online Assessment Center website. Also, Schoolhouse Educational Services, LLC cannot manage, update, or delete any information controlled and stored by the user. Schoolhouse Educational Services, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the student information transmitted or stored on this website. The website’s servers use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to secure these records and any transmission of information between the user’s browser and this website (see Security section above for more security measures)

Disclosure Required by Law
Schoolhouse Educational Services, LLC may disclose any or all of your personal information if it is required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the law or comply with a served legal process, for example, a subpoena (b) protect and/or defend its rights or property (c) protect or defend the legal interests of a website user; or (d) act in urgent circumstances to protect the safety of the public or other users of the website.
