Psychological Processing Analyzer (PPA) Five-Year Licensing Terms and Fees

The Psychological Processing Analyzer (PPA) is Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses (PSW) software. The cost of a PPA five-year site license for a School District or Educational Agency is based on the total number of K-12 students in the District or Agency (see fees below). The number of professional users and the number of students that can be evaluated with a PPA site license is unlimited.

For medical, private practice, and other non-school settings, the cost of a license is based on the number of psychologists who will be using the PPA software (see fees below).

A prepaid PPA license is valid for five years. The PPA is downloaded from the internet. With a site license, assessment personnel are entitled to as many downloads as they like. Downloads may occur for as long as the license is in effect.

During the five-year license the District, Agency, or other users will have free access to any PPA updates or revisions that occur. Users will be informed of any updates and will need to download the updates.

With the purchase of a site license, a free, 60-minute live training webinar is available. Free technical support is available for as long as the license is valid.
